Jennifer White is a member of our Litigation, Restructuring & Insolvency team in Hong Kong. With almost a decade of litigation experience, her practice focuses on high value, multi-jurisdictional commercial disputes involving offshore companies.
Jennifer specialises in contentious cross-border fraud and asset tracing claims with a particular expertise in obtaining emergency injunctive relief across multiple jurisdictions. Jennifer also acts in shareholder disputes, contentious trusts disputes, derivative actions, winding up proceedings on just and equitable grounds and cross-border insolvency and restructuring matters.
Having trained and qualified as a barrister in Ireland, Jennifer spent 7 years at the Irish bar prior to joining us, where she built up a successful general civil practice with a focus on commercial litigation and financial services law.
Since joining us, Jennifer has worked on the following notable cases:
- Securing worldwide freezing orders and appointing receivers in a multi-million dollar fraud and asset tracing claim
- Advising and representing majority shareholders in a multi-million dollar Unfair Prejudice claim
- Advising a large China-based pharmaceutical listed company in a cross-border derivative claim
