Jessie Xu is a partner in the Corporate team based in our Shanghai office. Jessie assists clients on a variety of offshore corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions (private and public offerings), initial public offerings, joint ventures, equity financing, banking and financial affairs and group reorganizations and restructurings. Jessie handles a number of high-profile transactions in China and Hong Kong for clients across a broad range of industries, including biopharmaceutical, communications, education, telecommunications media and technology, energy and infrastructure and real estate.

Prior to joining us in 2017, Jessie served as a qualified lawyer in China for the corporate team of Jun He Law Offices in Shanghai and later worked as a registered foreign lawyer (New York, USA) in the equity capital market team of Clifford Chance in Hong Kong.
