John Roderick is member of the Investment Funds team in our Cayman Islands office. He regularly advises on all aspects of investment fund formation, operation, and closure.
John joined Harneys in 2025, having previously worked as a corporate solicitor in the UK at KPMG in Reading and VWV in Bristol. Prior to joining Harneys, John worked on complex domestic and international M&A, international business restructuring, and corporate governance matters, assisting private enterprises and individuals.
John has a keen focus for sport law and currently sits as a panel member and chair of the England Boxing National Disciplinary Panel.
