She is based in our Cayman Islands office and advises on all aspects of the structuring, formation, licensing, and maintenance of British Virgin Islands and Cayman Islands fund and investment management vehicles. Natalie’s clients include investment funds, GPs and fund sponsors, investment managers and institutional investors.
