Advising Linklogis Inc in relation to the initial public offering of its shares with weighted voting rights structure on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange

Advising Strawbear Entertainment Group in relation to the initial public offering of its shares on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange

Advising NaaS Technology Inc., a Chinese electric vehicle service provider, in the merger between its predecessor RISE Education Cayman Ltd and Dada Auto Inc.. This is the first successful overseas listing of a leading Chinese electric vehicle charging company, resulting in a combined valuation of over US$600 million.

Advising Luckin Coffee Inc. (Luckin Coffee) in connection with provisional liquidation proceedings in the Cayman Islands and the holistic restructuring of Luckin Coffee’s liabilities, including the restructuring of New York law governed US$460 million 0.75 per cent convertible senior notes due 2025 by way of a scheme of arrangement in the Cayman Islands and a US$175 million settlement of a U.S. Federal Class Action commenced by certain purchasers of Luckin Coffee’s NASDAQ listed American Depositary Receipts.
