Rachel is a member of our Transactional team in Singapore with a focus on private investment funds. She advises on the establishment and structuring of hedge funds, private equity and venture capital funds.

Prior to joining us, Rachel was an associate in the Funds and Investment Management practice group in Rajah & Tann Singapore LLP, a leading Singapore firm. During her time with Rajah & Tann Singapore LLP as a Singapore qualified advocate and solicitor, Rachel worked with Singapore-based fund managers on the establishment and structuring of both onshore and offshore investment funds. She also acquired extensive experience advising asset managers who are seeking to establish their fund management business in Singapore on various legal and regulatory issues, including registration and licensing requirements and other related ongoing regulatory and business conduct matters. She also has experience advising private wealth clients on setting up a family office for fund management in Singapore.
