Sarah Sussman
Biography

Sarah Sussman is a member of our Litigation & Insolvency and Restructuring team in the Cayman Islands. Her experience spans a broad range of commercial litigation matters with a particular focus on contentious trust disputes, commercial fraud, and company disputes, often with a cross-border component. Prior to joining us in 2022, Sarah practiced in Auckland, New Zealand at Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu and at Jackson Russell. She has provided advice and advocacy (both as lead and as junior counsel) in New Zealand’s High Court and Court of Appeal on a range of commercial chancery matters and regularly acted as instructing solicitor to senior coun ...
