New senior talent in Hong Kong Litigation and Insolvency group

Harneys’ Hong Kong office welcomes Andrew Chin to its Litigation and Insolvency team as counsel.

As a litigator, Andrew specialises in commercial and shareholder disputes with expertise in multi-jurisdictional disputes, obtaining interim measures in aid of arbitration and enforcement of awards in the BVI and Cayman Islands. He is able to advise clients in both English and Mandarin and his clients include a large number of Mainland Chinese companies.

Apart from litigation, Andrew also has vast experience in acting as counsel (in both English and Chinese) in commercial disputes under various arbitral institutions, such as the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre, Singapore International Arbitration Centre, International Chambers of Commerce, China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Centre. He is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators.
