Cayman’s Virtual Asset Service Providers amendments commence

On 15 January 2021, the Virtual Asset (Service Providers) (Amendment) Act, 2020 commenced, along with transitional Regulations. Existing Virtual Asset Service Providers (VASP) are reminded that they have until 31 January 2021 to register with the Cayman Islands Monetary Authority.
