Carolynn Vivian is based in our Cayman Islands office and advises on all aspects of Cayman regulatory, corporate and commercial law.
She advises financial services clients on matters relating to licensing, the conduct of business, corporate governance, prudential requirements, regulatory reporting, audits, AML requirements and relations with CIMA. She has significant experience advising banks, trust companies, fund administrators, company managers, investment managers, advisors and broker dealers, from the establishment stage to full operations.
In addition to specialising in financial services regulation, Carolynn has significant experience advising on an array of corporate law matters, mergers and acquisitions, corporate and finance transactions, restructuring and local licensing.
Prior to joining us in 2014, Carolynn practised at another Cayman Islands firm and Borden Ladner Gervais in Canada. Before that, she practised at a leading Sydney law firm and served as in-house counsel in London.
