Cayman Islands: Fund Annual Return Form for Private Funds

The Cayman Islands Fund Annual Return form (known as theFAR form) for private funds registered with CIMA under the Private Funds Act is now available on CIMA’s Regulatory Enhanced Electronic Forms Submission system (REEFS) as form PFR-049-77. The completion guide can be foundhere.

For the financial year end of 31 December 2020, the private funds FAR form must be submitted through REEFS by 30 September 2021.
