She specialises in complex, high value, and multi-jurisdictional commercial and private client disputes involving offshore companies, funds, and trust structures in the British Virgin Islands and Cayman Islands. She is experienced in handling cross-border restructuring and insolvency matters, shareholder disputes, contentious trusts and probate matters, claims against directors, trustees and other fiduciaries, as well as claims involving fraud, conspiracy, and asset tracing. She also frequently assists clients with enforcement and interim measures (including injunctions, worldwide freezing orders, disclosure orders and receivership orders) in support of litigation, arbitration, and insolvencies.
Prior to joining Harneys in 2024, Eunice was an Associate Director in a Senior Counsel’s team at Drew & Napier LLC, where she represented clients in high stakes and complex litigation and international arbitration.
