As a firm partner, Jacqueline Daley leads the BVI-based Corporate team as well as the firm’s Trademarks legal practice. She acts as local counsel to a broad range of the BVI’s listed entities.
Jacqueline has been with the firm for nearly two decades and is an expert on BVI and Anguilla corporate governance. She advises on mergers, acquisitions, corporate restructuring and reorganisation transactions, the formation of joint ventures, special purpose vehicles and partnerships and private and public offerings. Jacqueline works with a variety of clients, from those involved in the mining and energy sectors to those in the fashion industry.
Jacqueline currently serves as president of the BVI Bar Association. She is an executive member of the BVI Trademarks Association and is a member of the Anguilla Bar Association. She is called to the Bar in Jamaica and Anguilla and speaks Spanish.
