Monica Chu is a partner in our Hong Kong office and specialises in the BVI and Cayman Islands aspects of a wide range of secured and unsecured finance transactions. Her clients include local and international financial institutions and onshore law firms. Joining us in 2009, Monica has expertise in acquisition finance, bond issues, project finance and property finance in both the BVI and Cayman Islands. She also advises on general corporate transactions (mergers and acquisitions, disposals, joint ventures, takeovers and restructurings). Monica speaks English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
