Biography

Katrina Edge is a partner and head of our Banking & Finance practice in Jersey. She has extensive experience advising a broad range of local and international financial institutions, investors, and borrowers on a wide range of complex cross border financing and corporate transactions.

Katrina has particular expertise in real estate finance, fund finance, leveraged and acquisition finance, structured finance and non-contentious restructuring and insolvency. Additionally, she has extensive experience advising clients on establishing real estate holding structures and the acquisition and disposal of such structures.

Before joining Harneys in 2026, Katrina worked at another offshore law firm in Jersey for over 20 years laterally as their Global Head of Banking and Finance.
