Harneys Cyprus advises Theon International PLC on a €150 million capital increase through a rights offering

Harneys Cyprus advised Theon International PLC, a Cyprus company with its shares listed and admitted to trading on Euronext Amsterdam, on a secondary rights issue of ordinary shares to partly finance the acquisition of a 9.8 per cent stake in Exosens SA, a leading French electro-optical technology company. The Harneys team worked closely with Theon and Clifford Chance in Frankfurt and Amsterdam.
Theon is a leading developer and manufacturer of customisable night vision and thermal imaging systems for military and security applications in Europe, with a global footprint spanning 71 countries.
The Harneys team was led by partner and head of the Cyprus Transactional group Nancy Erotocritou with support from Partner Sonia Hamshaw and Counsels Valentina Hadjisoteriou and Elina Mantrali.
