He advises and assists on the structuring, establishment and ongoing maintenance of offshore hedge funds and private equity funds, utilising various BVI / Cayman structures. Prior to joining us, Conrad was an associate in the investment funds group at one of Hong Kong’s largest independent law firms. Prior to joining us, Conrad was an associate in the investment funds group at one of Hong Kong’s largest independent law firms. Conrad also possesses substantial experience in tax and regulatory compliance through working at Big 4 accounting firms and an international bank.
