Biography

Acting on behalf of AE Industrial Partners, a prominent private investment firm with US$6.2 billion in assets under management, in the acquisition of three aircraft from Boeing Capital previously on lease to a leading European operator, and the re-leasing of these aircraft to the same airline. Providing legal support under Cyprus law for the new leasing and subleasing arrangements, with the transaction facilitating a seamless transition and ensuring the continued operation of these aircraft

Providing Cyprus law advice to EBRD in respect of their Cyprus joint venture entity Cante Holdings Ltd, through which investments are made in many green-certified projects in Greece, including the Piraeus Tower project, together with PRODEA Investments, situated on the Athenian Rivera, Piraeus Port Plaza 2 and 3 Office buildings, the Importex office building and the Omonoia Moxy hotel.

Assisting Mondelēz International, a global snack company headquartered in Chicago, in relation to the Cyprus subsidiaries of the Chipita Group and on the integration steps following the acquisition of Chipita S.A, with a deal value of USD$ 2 billion. Chipita S.A. is a high-growth key player in the Central and Eastern European croissants and baked snacks category, which cultivates its products in 13 factories and distributes to more than 50 countries.
