Biography

Kieran Forsyth is a member of the Litigation & Insolvency team based in our British Virgin Islands office. He is an experienced litigator specialising in private wealth disputes, including contentious trusts, probate, and digital asset/cryptocurrency matters.

He takes a pragmatic and commercial approach coupled with strong litigation nous to drive effective strategies for his clients. He has advised across a broad spectrum of litigated cases with a focus on assisting UHNW clients and significant value trusts and estates with extremely sensitive and complex features.
