Her practice involves a broad range of offshore commercial litigation including multi-jurisdictional shareholder disputes, contractual disputes, directors’ duties disputes, insurance and insolvency proceedings. Lucy frequently represents offshore private and listed companies. She also has extensive experience working in health, medical, aviation, and maritime law and she has a foundational knowledge of wills and estates.
