Her practice involves a broad range of offshore commercial litigation including multi-jurisdictional shareholder disputes, contractual disputes, directors’ duties disputes, insurance and insolvency proceedings. Lucy frequently represents private and listed companies incorporated in the Cayman Islands and the British Virgin Islands. She also has extensive experience working in health, medical, aviation, and maritime law and she has a foundational knowledge of wills and estates. Before joining Harneys in 2021, Lucy worked for a leading international law firm in Sydney specialising in general commercial litigation and dispute resolution. Prior to that, she worked at a local law firm specialising in insurance, health, and transport law.
