Moesha  Ramsay-Howell


Moesha Ramsay-Howell is a member of our Litigation, Insolvency & Restructuring team in the Cayman Islands. Her practice covers a wide range of offshore commercial matters including shareholder disputes, solvent and insolvent liquidations, restructuring of distressed companies, mergers and securities disputes, shareholder appraisal litigation, contentious cross border commercial disputes, and all aspects of civil and commercial litigation.

Moesha commenced her Articles of Clerkship with Harneys in November 2019. During her training period, Moesha also completed the Judicial Clerkship Programme in the Summary and Grand Courts of the Cayman Islands where she gained exposure to a wide range of legal matters.

Moesha is also a member of the International Women’s Insolvency and Restructuring Confederation and the Cayman Islands Legal Practitioner’s Association FATF Sub-Committee.
