Oswald Kan is a counsel in our Hong Kong office, advising on banking, finance, corporate and commercial matters. His clients include leading onshore local and international law firms, major international financial institutions and listed and private companies.
Prior to joining us in 2018, Oswald worked as an assistant solicitor in the Corporate and Commercial department of a Hong Kong law firm, Woo Kwan Lee & Lo, where he was involved in a wide range of matters, including cross-border corporate transactions in Hong Kong and China such as mergers and acquisitions, placing, takeovers, trusts and Hong Kong listing rules compliance.
