Pauline was admitted as a solicitor in Hong Kong in 2023. Prior to joining Harneys, Pauline was an associate at a Hong Kong law firm, specialising in mergers and acquisitions and commercial matters. Pauline also advised companies listed on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited on post-listing regulatory compliance matters during her training at a Hong Kong law firm. Prior to that, Pauline spent a few years as a paralegal at an offshore law firm and was involved in a wide range of corporate and capital markets transac
